    Anyone interested in this match should tune into TV5 from 19h45 on.....tonight Thursday 20/05/04

    Where available:
    Anyone with a satellite dish directed at Astra (Pay Sky tv) or Eutelsat-Hot Bird (free for all)................

    All with 'normal' (multi-lingual tv) cheapest -basic package in Swords, Malahide, Maynooth, Athlone , Mullingar, Newbridge etc.

    The 20,000 subscribers to ntl digital package in Dublin, Galway and Waterford.........

    Deprived of the match:
    350.000 'normal' cable customers who have no interest in up to 150 'more of the same' English and American EFL channels in ntl areas Dublin, Waterford and Galway.

    That is a very snobish remark to make. There are 70,000 of us who now subscribe to NTL Digital and we are getting to see great shows that you guys are missing out on. You should also realise that normal cable customers as you call them will eventually be forced to join us if you want to continue watching the channels that you currently have as the analogue service will gradually be reduced over the next few years. The match is available is also available to us on TV5 on channel 825.

    Why didn't you just state that the match is on TV5? Is this the right forum for this dicussion, perhaps a sports board might be better.

    We all know how to get TV5 in Ireland, so why the need remind us. There must be at least 10 threads on TV5 at this stage. Grrrr
