Don’t know if this is the right section but here goes, if i use my Win TV USB device with my laptop and standard FM Rabbits ears aerial what TV stations would i be able to receive in France if any?.

France uses a wierd (stupid ?) TV system with AM sound and positive video modulation so your card may not support it

Assuming it does you should get

TF1 France 2 France 3 (all on UHF) Canal Plus (on VHF some programmes FTA)
you may also get (in some areas) La Cinqueme and M6
and in border areas TMC, RTBF, RTL, TMC, TV Mt Blanc, SF1 etc
