Bootable CD?

    I making a CD to boot from and doesnt seem to work (at this point best to point i have no floppy drive and aint getting one).

    I used the contents of a floppy and placed them on the CD as Nero told me to ,i created some folders of stuff i want XP,Catalyst,SATA Drivers and other needed things should pc go tits up.

    But it refuses to boot from any cd i make just gives that unbootable media crap.

    Anyone know why or have one they could post contents of.
