I'm looking towards the west from here in Cabinteely, beyond three rock, there seems to be a large amount of smoke filling the clear night sky.

Anyone know where this is or see it?

It's just a terribly clear sky...I could see it from Glasnevin. Infact I could see the mountains in better detail than I've ever seen them before. Magnificent day. Stop fretting about the fire ;) enjoy the sunshine.

I'm in Stillorgan. I might see smoke it looks like a patch of mist covering the north east slopes of 3 Rock, it's getting too dark to see much.

I remember about 9 or 10 years ago there were a couple of very hot dry summers and a fairly big area of 3 rock was on fire one night. Looked pretty apocalyptic.
