Man held over armed raid on Dublin bank
    From:ireland.com
    Monday, 17th May, 2004

A Dublin man is being questioned by gardai following an armed robbery at a branch of the National Irish Bank in Co Dublin this afternoon.

The 28-year-old raider demanded cash from staff in the Blackrock bank at 2.15 p.m. After taking several thousand euro he ran to a city-bound DART. However, the raider was arrested a number of stops later at Lansdowne Road station.

The man is being questioned under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act at Blackrock Garda Station. He has a Dublin address. A firearm and a quantity of cash were recovered when the man was arrested.
I wonder if he bought a ticket?
