The 3650 Real One player can handle video in these formats:
RealVideo (.rm) - RealVideo G2 and RealVideo 8 supported up to 80kbps (local) or 22kbps (streaming)
MPEG4 and H.263 (.3gp) supported up to 80kbps (local). Streaming not supported

Have used iMovie/Quicktime on the Mac to output .3gp files for it, look into trying with an older copy of free RealProducer Basic which output the supported codecs... or you can pay for Quicktime Pro or the new RealProducer Plus (10) which lets you save out using older codecs

check out the Series 60 Multimedia forum on allaboutsymbian.com too

Go to the developer section of Nokia's website and find Nokia Multimedia convertor. You will need to register before you can d/l and then get them to send you the activation code but it's free and very easy to use.
