In Balbriggan there are local guys that will install an aerial on the side of your house that will give you the following channels:

Rte1
Network2
TV3
TG4
UTV
Channel 4
BBC1
BBC2

The approx cost is somewhere between 200 to 250 euo and this is a once off charge and no further costs apply.

The local tv shop in balbriggan can give you additional information.
