[Request] Sony DSC-U20/3040 & memory stick

I really like the size and the quality of the pics from the Sony DSC-U20/30/40. The cheapest I've seen the Sony DSC-U20 for is €149. Has anyone seen it cheaper? I not quite sure if theres much of a difference between the DSC-U20/30/40 models. Obviously I'd need a memory stick for it aswell.
