    Does anyone know any sites (preferably UK or NI) that sell used music gear?

    Ebay and Buy&Sell are the obvious ones, but I mean music shops that sell second hand gear online.

    I'm specifically looking for amps, but I'd be interested in guitars too.

    yeah I've just bought a Les Paul from chrisguitars, (a nice one too!) but I'm NOT trying to ship a valve amp from the states.

    mansons.co.uk have a range of their own products that I must recommend actually. Things like laquer polishes, and even there own brand leather straps. Mansons are bloody good for that kind of stuff.

    Don't know about second hand gear.

    Manson's actually the guy that builds guitars for Matt Bellamy as well.
