I'm looking to get a 400mhz FSB board (suitable for an Athlon Xp 3200+). Which of these is better?

    Epox 8krai

    Epox 8rdaei

Or is there a better spec motherboard available there? (For about the same price)

The first board you linked only supports a max bus speed of 333MHz (PC2700). The second one supports 400MHz. Personally, I would go for the Abit NF7 V2.0 here. It's about €15 extra but it has good overclocking potential plus will support dual DDR. Even if you don't have two matched RAM sticks I would still consider it a better board in terms of features and stability.

Edit: Just reviewed that board and I can't find any S-ATA connectors. I was almost certain that that board had 2 x S-ATA connectors. It's a minor enough point but still, if you want S-ATA you could opt for the Asus A7N8X (which is my current motherboard).

    You'll need the Abit NF7-S V2.0 for SATA :)

aye, i'd go for the NF7 v2.0 over either of those boards.
very solid board. i've been running a 2500+ as a 3200+ for the past 3-4 months without any hiccups:)

    /edit
if i had a gun pointed at my head and had to choose one, i'd go for the nforce2 chipset board
