i Have a dish pointed at 19.2e and i wanted to add hotbird to my choices of sat so i decided to get a Monoblock LNB to do the job. I was wondering as the dish is pointed at 19.2e at the moment. Is it the left or right side lnb that should be in the collar. I have read conflicting reports on the net so i would just like to clear it up so i can go about tweaking the dish properly.tia

It can be either way , depends on what satellite the dish's primary focus is on. If its the left hand one as you look towards the sky then you must focus on hotbird and vice versa for Astra. If you can imagine the dish as a mirror and you shine a torch in from the side the light from the torch will reflect out in the opposite direction, signals behave the same way.

    Hope this helps
