IOL BB not working

I'm in Cork on IOL BB and a lot of sites aren't working, I know hotmail and other microsoft sites went down but I can't access dell.ie,komplett.ie, ebay.co.uk. anyone else having trouble?

I was having similar trouble on IOL last night but all seems ok today.
