Well, Easterenders might get better now that 1/2 there cast are being laid off/ killed in the series, but Eastenders for drama, Corrie for plot.

Not that I watch them on anything like a regular basis

corrie all the way, eastenders is so depressing, why don't people move out! would you move to an area where people seem to be permanently in debt (they've obviously never heard of a bank!) and you're more likely to die in a horrible gruesome way than by natural causes!

    true true,

it seems at christmas eastenders has to have a big plot of something amazing to happen and then ruined.

what do u think of sonya getting pregnant by martin, falling in love with jamie, getting knocked down by martin, back with martin and now engaged.

did u see Fred trying to run on the street last night lol

Corrie is much better written and inevitably a better show, Eastenders has turned into a slow running train wreck, it's about to crash and people are jsut waiting to see the final carnage. It might have something to do with the Beeb's ridiculous habit of firing actors when the writer's run out of ideas for the characters. The current culling of the cast is due to the writers suddenly noticing that audience figures are dropping like flies in October, so no doubt to ressurect it Patsy Palmer will be back...

    Axe them both.

Does anyone ever smile in Eastenders?
Coronation Street is on to much.

Something different please during prime time.
