Simple? DVDdecrypter and AutoGK is about as simple as it gets. google for them.

Definitely DVDdecrypter!
I use it for writting ISO's now but when I used to rip DivX's I used Gordian Knot
(DVDdecrypter is a tool used by gKnot).
Try doom9.org for any decrypting / ripping info
