i use nero vision express to this, its by no means the best tool but its included with the full version of nero 6 which alot of people might have, and i dont see the point in paying for other software to something simple like this if u have this already, check out www.videohelp.com as always for more detailed guides and methods

I think Nero Vision Express is really good....

I find it intuituve for me...They have some cool transitions and the titles and fades etc are good.

It's much easier to use than Premiere (but obviously not as powerful)
