Why are there no films about someone bored at his job and with his life and learns there are no escape hatches so he loses it totally and butchers all the people on his morning bus with a hammer and sickle in memory of the long lost workers struggle and then rushes out from his office and hijacks a taxi and takes it to the local cartier shop and takes a dump in the porch?

and then scene two would involve his lengthy and protracted repentance...etc

How, after butchering all the people on the bus, would you expect him to get to his offfice and then back out again?

and then scene two would involve his lengthy and protracted repentance...etc

This would hardly be scene two now would it? Act II perhaps...

Back to the drawing board for you my friend.

The reason is because it's a crap idea. Cleverly you address this in a meta-way by having the act of crapping in your movie. However, a knowing reference thrown to the audience doesn't a good film make.

If you want a worker, tired of his lot, check out Michael Douglas in "Falling Down".

dammit guys.. it took me 8 months to get that project through the initial concept stage and into script phase one and you walked all over it.
I won't mention my idea about the dolphin serial killer then...

But can any of you come up with anything approaching the genius of me?

How about a midget snuff movie on ice? the plot would involve the grave-robbed corpses of hollywood greats up on marionette wires who discover a commie plot in the whitehouse. It could be a vehicle for the re-emergence of Gary coleman as a post modern sex symbol. Then they would murder a few dwarfs and away we go...
