Killswitch Engage, God Forbid, Shadows Fall on 16th June, Ambassador. Why no Chimaira? They're playin all the Brittish shows but not here. Probably have some gay chugga-chugga local Dublin metal band opening.

Anyways, blah, anybody heading?

In a magazine i seen chimaira were listed as playing the dublin show. So their not then?

Maybe, here in Ireland, Chimaira are not considered part of the n.w.o.a.h.m.

Id imagine is stands for New Wave Of American Heavy Metal a much weaker version of the ye olde classic NWOBHM

Alright, cool. I've liked any songs i've heard by killswitch. I like chimaira too. Would be cool if they played. Don't know much bout other too. Think i've heard a track by shadows fall. Was good.

It's a term used for american bands that don't want to be considered "nu-metal".

(It even begins with an "n" for "nu" and ends with an "m" for "metal").
