Help with Aerial tpe for novice

Hi, I have cancelled my Irish Sky Sub, got a FTV card and only now left without the RTE 1, 2 TV3 & TG4 channels. My rabbits ears are giving me a poor signal. My question is what kind of an Aerial should I buy. I have been reading previous posts and it seems to depend on location. Im situated in Blessington. Thax in advance
