I would presume Brian and hope that phantom would apply/get that first licence?
Given their experience/track record and following/audience.
I'm down the country ( :D ) so don't get to listen, but it does already have a weekend licence? or was that extended further?

Phantom FM have a temporary licence from the BCI that enables it to broadcast on 92.1FM on weekends 'till the 27th of June. You can also listen online at www.phantomfm.com

Hope this goes really well for you and the Phantom FM team, Brian. The way you have broadcasted over the last 6 months on temp licences has been excellent.

    Fingers crossed for ye. :)

Any chance you could hotwire the 98fm transmitter to output phantom instead ?
We can pick it up down here but no phantom.
Alternatively ,What you need is a minimum of ten kilowatts and perch the tx on top of Howth hill so it beams down the coast to us as well as covering Dublin:D
Online connections with an xda in the car are tricky and expensive:/

Best of luck Brian with the application!

Maybe one day, Phantom will get a national license (It'd be better than the few meagre national channels we have to choose from) :)

I'd REALLY love for Phantom to get this license, and if there's any justice in the world, they will !!

Phantom reaches us here just inside the Westmeath border on FM, loud and clear.
