The Frames frontman Glen Hansard has announced a solo tour this summer, starting Dublin's Vicar Street on Tuesday 22 June.

    Tour dates:
Tuesday 22 June - Vicar Street, Dublin (seated show)
Wednesday 23 June - Vicar Street, Dublin (seated show)
Friday 25 June - An Grianian, Letterkenny (late night show - 11pm start)
Saturday 26 June - Glor Theatre, Ennis
Sunday 27 June - Town Hall Theatre, Galway
Monday 28 June - Opera House Theatre, Cork
Wednesday 30 June - Dolans, Limerick
Thursday 1 July - Hawkswell Theatre, Sligo

Hmmm, I wonder will they, or just he be playing Oxegen :) ?

Bangin all the same. Gonna book my ticket for the Glor, Ennis gig soon.

Aaah, my 1200 post. Slowly but surely...

Yeah he puts on a good show but I'd prefer see him with the Frames myself. His other voices programme was brilliant though

Opera house in Cork!! Ah b0ll0x you'd think he'd pick a smaller venue for a solo tour, last time out he played the very small Lobby!

Vicar Street is strictly over 18's afaik. And places seem to be getting worse and worse for I.D.

Do you look anything like 18? If not I doubt very much you'll get in. Then again I got in last year when I was 17, didn't look 18 at all, just walked right by the bouncer.

  • no chance. as a young looking 15 year old life is tough
