Is it possible to get these fabulous series of the classic 60's television show on DVD? I know that the first Batman movie is available on the cheap on DVD.

I dont think the batman series is on DVD. i'm not sure if there are any plans for it to be released but all i know about it the Movie, which wasnt that great.
But you can watch the series on Sky Digital. FX is the name of the channel which shows it everyday, but i forget the number.

    289.

Didn't know they were showing old Batman, I might watch the odd few episodes. Campier than a group of scouts out in the dark woods

Heard a great story about them two off set.
Something about chasing groupies around hotel rooms. The guy who played robin locking Adam West (Batman) out of one room leaving him standing naked outside banging on the door:D

Yep, it was from watching FX that I felt a compelling urge to purchase the episodes on DVD :)

On an unrelated note, is the chap who plays Adam West in Family guy really Adam West? I always forget to check the credits at the end :D

    Yes.

Either he has a hell of a sense of humour or he really needs the work. Maybe both. Either way the character is hilarious.
