Has anyone received the following email from IOL?
I suspect is a dodgy one. Can anyone please confirm or has my email account really been accessed by an unathourised person?

    Regards,

    Kevin

Admins - please delete this if you want, I can't reply to posts here

Kleefar - that mail you got has a virus attached - I hope you didn't open it. It didn't come from IOL, that address is spoofed

It looks like the bagle worm

That was my first thought, but it looks different to the ones I've seen. Is it a new variant?

Mind you, the chances of them sending you an attachment to view seems most unlikely as does having a "do not reply" e-mail address.

Either way, it's not a boards support issue. I'll move it to somewhere you might get a better response.

It looks like a variant on the emails that started a couple of months ago.
This one seems a lot better.
I think this one is going to catch a lot more people.
The only real spelling/grammatical error in this one, is that they say "attach" instead of "attachment".
The spelling and grammar in the first version was appalling which is why so many people noticed it.
I'm just glad i'm not working in tech support anymore.

and "temporary disabled" --> "disabled" how exactly? you're obviously able to log in; have you tried sending an e-mail?
Please post the full headers for this mail.

I have already deleted the email.
I have had confirmation from IOL Customer Care, but thought it was a dodgy one anyway. I just wanted to bring it to their attention.
They confirmed it contained a virus.
