    Since last Monday my UKTV Gold station has has no picture but it still has perfect sound and my UKTV GOLD +1 is still ok with perfect picture and sound.Does anybody have a clue what the problem is?

    I assumed you have tried to old "reset the box" trick ???

    Which network you on Dublin/Waterford/Galway/Chorus/NTL ???

    Yeah, I'm having the same problem with UK Gold on NTL in Dublin. Tried unplugging the box for a few mins and then plugging it back in. I'll probably contact NTL 'customer service' about it when I've plucked up enough courage.

    Ditto, there's no picture at all & the sound is very patchy, very odd. I've only noticed it now, (I havent had much time to watch it) how long is it like that?

    I only noticed it on Tuesday but it may be like that longer.
