WANTED: Caretaker (part-time)

A general purpose Caretaker to carry out a range of ongoing duties on a regular part-time basis for an apartment complex located near Blackrock. Duties will include mowing of lawns, maintenance of gardens, taking care of minor repair duties if needed, handling of wheelie bins on a weekly basis, some cleaning, odd-jobs, etc. Full details available upon request. Proposed hours, an average of 15 hrs per week (20 hrs/week during summer, 10 hrs/week winter) at a rate of EUR 10.00 per hour. Please pm me for contact details.
