    Cant reduce your wages UNLESS you sign the new contract.
    Medical they are fully entitled to (ie drugs mainly and any dodgy heart defects that work you do may trigger and then sue them for)
    I would say dont sign say you have some issues with it and are taking it to an external source.
    If you poor like me go to the Citizens advice bureau and they will sort you out, if you not poor go to any solicitor who advertises work relations in golden pages.
    But dont sign and if you must go back on each point on a daily basis (ie monday have an issue with the top paragraph then ask them to ammend or change or explain) when they explain it, say ok and you have to go back to your external source keep doing this for a few days.
    It will really piss them off and i have seen that some companies make certain exceptions for people who do this, ie your mate may sign and get screwed but yours will be ammended.
