Threads per page

Under my Options in the User CP, I have the threads per page set at 40 per page, but when I view any forum it only shows the first 20. When I go to the next page it just shows the next 20. I only noticed it whn viweing the knew forums Vexy created in the For sale section and thought it was somrthing that he did but Its the…

I've just realised that you're talking about threads per page rather than posts per page. Where can you change that?
