You get Speicherkühlkörper (memory heatsinks, "storage cool bodies" literally) with the Sharkoon kit. And a 4-3 pin converter! (Woohoo!) They don't give as many specs on the Sharkoon, so it's difficult to tell if they are identical or not. I'd suggest looking up some reviews to see if you can spot any other differences like compatability etc... The Jes site list slightly different nVidia and ATi models.
