    Hi all,

I have a weird message when I try to access Internet via my Siemens C60, in GPRS.

The message is "Unrecoverable Security Error"

Anyone have any idea why I have this message, I could access the Internet before, but not anymore.

My new ringtone is waiting for me in my inbox, pleeeeasse ! :o))

    Thanks for any help offered.

    :)

Try doing either a factory reset - somewhere in the phone settings, or disable security - switch it to port 9201 instead of 9203.

Sounds like your phone has messed up it's half of it's security key. It should re-negotiate automaticaly but Siemens handsets can be a bit funny about this.

Manchine you were right ! Thanks a lot, prb fixed.

I also received an email from Siemens tech support in the mean time :

"The problem with your phone is that the security setting is to high. If
you go into menu/ surf and fun/ internet/ profiles/ press edit on the
profile that is activated/ scroll down to port/ press edit/ enter 9201/
save. That will change the security port and therefore you will be able
    to surf the web."

    Thanks again

    cheerio,
    :)
