I doubt if it's that hard to do, and I doubt if there's any actual qualification for it. The real trick is taking off the trim, running the wires underneath it and replacing the trim without damaging it. I don't think you'll find a course for it. I'd recommend going along to a garage/shop that installs them and look for work there. Otherwise just work away.
