I played it for a few months. I defended it initially but as time went by I found that I couldn't be bothered logging in. The biggest problem I had was the gradual decline in server population. Go to www.tazoon.com for the unofficial boards (much better than the official ones). You'll get a good feel for the community atmosphere. At the end of the day (I think I've said this before) you'll like it or you won't, it's your decision. Personally I'll bide my time now until WoW comes out.

Give the EU trial a go for yourself before you buy, a week should get you hooked, a month or two and you'll make your mind up.

I last in this PoS for 3 days before bringing it back to the shop. Being stuf on the euro server's sucked, no communication from the Devs, dreadful CSR due to a right bunch of **** running the European side of the game, boring leveling and just nothing interesting in it.

Pity as I though playing a dragon would be cool :(

Years ago there was a VB dungeon game called Mordor, depts of Dejanol(or something). David something or other was the developer, There was supposed to be a Mordor 2 with online multiplayer, that was due out back in the last 90's. It went beta but was never finished due to funding contraints etc. I got pissed of waiting for it and kinda lost touch. Anyhow it evolved into Horizons, which I first heard about many years ago and expected ages ago too. I thought it had gone the way of Duke Nuken. Was pleasantly surprised to see it in a shop not too long ago. Dunno if I have the time to invest in a mmorpg though. So I'll probably leave it for now.
