    People probably do this already, but here's a tip for anyone using just a USB modem (Prestige 630 with utv for example).

    1. Goto Network Connections, right click on your connection and select Properties.
    2. Uncheck "Prompt for Name and Password" and click OK
    3. Copy the shortcut to your dial-up (on the desktop) and paste into "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup"

    You will now connect automatically as soon as you log on.

    Sorry if it seems a bit pointless, I just found it to be a useful tip.

    Well not exactly, from my limited experience I have concluded that for ethernet: Netsource no, IOL yes. Thus ends my survey.
