    Hi
I would like to get into the area of travelling for a company. Take for example Cadburys. A job like going around from shop to shop merchandising. How would i go about seeking such employment?
    Thanks!

    Papers -> Wanted ads.

Always loads of delivery jobs there.

Problem is that there is never a shortage of young men with full car licences, who want a free vehicle and a cushy outdoors job. So most ads are for truck deliveries.

I'd say your best bet is contacts. You need to know someone in the biz.

Most merchadising Jobs seem to be the first rung on the ladder for Sales rep type
positions and the best way to get in there is with some sort of Business/marketing
    qualification from college..

A good few friends of mine from college who came out with degrees in business and
marketing ended up in this type of position if they didnt want to be in an office all
day and some liked it and stuck with it and some didnt..

It really depends on what youre looking to do. Are you looking for just a position
of driving around putting up displays or do you actually want to liase with customers,
taking orders and basically being their first point of contact for the company you
    represent..

If its the first one, then try lookin here

    www.nixers.com.

There are always lots of jobs like that, especially coming into the summer, where
there are short term promotions for various products and you drive around in a
jeep/car plastered with that particular brand and set them up in the relevant shops..

Most manufacturers go through market agencies to get staff to do this because they
are run for such short periods of time.. A lot do advertise on Nixers.com or else you
could just go straight to the agencies themselves..

    Lites Marketing
    Event Solutions
    McGanns/TradeWinds
    Verve Marketing
    CPM Marketing
    BLG Marketing

These are just a few you can try..

    Best of luck..
