whatever advice you are given here should be taken with a pinch of salt, the only way you are going to get proper advice is from a doctor. Even if people give their own experiences, it should not influence anything a doctor says to you.
This is not a medical board.

I currently have a urostomy(false bladder outside the skin) the operation reverts the bladder inside and you would use a cather every 4 hours to empty there are a lot of pros and cons really.
What i have at the moment leaks quite a lot and I am an asst. Manager in a big company and one when I was a meeting with all management it leaked. They did not notice because ~I am always in black easy to hide ~

Well, I'd be led by my doctor's advice as to whether it improves your standard of living any. But I would not limit myself to one opinion. For such a major life-changing thing, I think a good doctor would advise you to seek several opinions, but in any case that is what I would do.

The more information, the more professional opinions you have, the more of an infomred choice you can make.

Think that's about as far my advise can go

maybe the doctor can help find someone who went through it to talk to you, or he might at least be able to put you in contact with some kind of support group or something
