    What OS are you using?
    What CPU/Chipset?
What Latency/Buffer setting have you chosen in the Delta CP?

I had similar problems with my 44/omni and a Via KT333 chipset in XP until I installed the unofficial PCI latency patch. My ACPI disabled installation of XP on the same system was fine.

    win xp sp1
    2.4ghz P4 ( northwood i think )
sis based motherboard ( asus )
i doubt this has anyting to do with latency / buffer settings as the problem is while windows is starting up - no problem during operation a.f.a.i.k.

hibernate now works since i updated the drivers
    I had similar problems ...

could you describe the probelms you were having in more detail
