purpose of life?

on a personal level: to not die before im really old, and to do whateve i feel like during my time here

in terms of the human species: to do like we have always done before, to evolve by bettering outselfs over the last generation

in terms of being humans in the universe: life on earth is a complete fluke, we are not part of any grand plan, nothing or noone seems to care that we even exist, so there is no purpose so far

To question the purpose of life, you might as well question why and how organisms appeared in the first place.

i dont have the definitive answer but i believe that enjoying life without causing harm to others is a plan. to reproduce, care for others and have others care for you. to quote the song:
"the greatest thing youll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return"

I think that journey must begin with self discovery and self-love. Know yourself before you can share yourself with another person...otherwise the lines between selves get too blurred.
