I've just bought one of these

    MSI 256 Megastick

I've upgraded the firmware but now the radio will only recieve between 75.5 - 90.5 MHz.

I need to flash it to reset the firmware......anyone know how to do this?

(I've got in touch with the manufacturer but nothing yet)

Apart from your current problem how do you find it otherwise? I was thinking of getting one myslelf. The only thing thats stopping me is the lack of USB2 on it.

Got the problem fixed. I'd downloaded the US firmware which it seems is the default. Now I've got the EU firmware from their German website.

I'm really happy with it. Good quality sound, good radio reception, easy to use etc.
The only niggle I have is the lack of a playlist editor or track select.

Even with just USB 1.1 I haven't found it that slow at all. About 4-5 minutes to write over 200Mb, is that slow?

Sounds good. Its a good price on the Overclockers site too. Can you record directly on to it?

Yeah, it can be used as a dictafone or theres a connection for a mic as well, probably for better quality.
    It records in WAV format.
Theres an option to vary the record quality as well.

Excellent. I really want to replace my MD and this looks like it would be ideal. How many tracks can you get on there.

About 50 or 60 tracks depending on the size of your MP3's, 256Mb's worth I suppose.
I think recording it uses about 500k/minute.
