    Hello, i wanna do http://www3.open.ac.uk/courses/bin/p12.dll?C01iDSE212_11_0 and i was just curious, do you have to pay as soon as you register or can you just book your place and pay later... i dont have the money at the moment and it says its a popular course and that its best to get in there early.. plus what do ya'll think about OU in general??

    If you are registering for next year, AFAIK you won't have to pay until then. Also (certainly when I was living back in Ireland) you can choose to pay by OUSBA (OU Student Budget Account) which allows you to spread the cost over the year.

    Contact the OU Enquiry and Advice centre in Dublin on (01) 678 5399 or email ireland@open.ac.uk and they'll confirm.

    As for the quality, I think most people who have studied with the OU would recommend it. I know I certainly would.
