Printing Datagrid to Word?

Im doing a college project and I need to print a datagrid out in Word as a hard copy for people to use themselves when they are not online. Im using ASP.Net web matrix(vb.net) and have not got a clue how to do it. Does anyone got any ideas? Websites to look at or topics I could look up?

If you can get your hands on Acrobat Distiller, that may be useful. Basically, when someone wants a hardcopy to download, your server outputs the page to Acrobat Distiller, then takes the PDF document and gives it to the client to download. I say PDF so the document can't then be altered by the client.
