There's a guy that does lessons in Inchydoney, he's only got those soft Swell boards though.

I'm not sure if you have to take a lesson or not.
According to his website (http://www.westcorksurfing.com) he's opening again April 2004.

You can't rent real surfboards anywhere though. If you're willing to go to Waterford you could try the T-Bay surf club (http://www.surftbay.com)
