Imaging RAID

Basically I want to destroy my RAID0 array as I want to install a new hardware. Everytime I turn my LAN enable, my hdd is not detected. So the only way I can think of is imaging my hdd, enable my LAN, re-do my array and re load my image. The question is, has anyone tried this? I mean imaging from RAID and installing back…
