No your wrong, they actually both say it in the space of about 20 seconds.
I just re-watched the DVD to make sure.
Jules says "We should have shotguns for this kind of deal"
a bit later Vince says "We Should have F*ckin Shotguns".

You know that QT was going to do a film on the two Vegas brothers (Vince and mr blond), but then he fecking scrapped it. It would have been terrific!!!
