Singing Teacher required

Anyone know of a good singing teacher, who can coach someone who sings in a rock band, as distinct from a classical type approach. More a mixture of style and attitude, with some practical tips regarding harmonies, levels etc. It's for a female backing singer, who does occasional joint lead. Individual tuition preferably.

Try the Parnell School of Music. It's on Sackville place, just off O'Connell Street. They do individual tuition, and they teach in the style you're looking for.

Actually, I've revised my opinion. :rolleyes: I was reliably informed recently that the place has kinda gone to the dogs since the new ownership. If you want I can hook you up with a former teacher. It's the same idea, but it'll cost you less. PM me or email me eoin@avaricestudio.com.

The Parnell School of Music has become the Hollywood Academy. I went down last week trying to get some info on singing lessons and it looks like a place for parents to live out their acting dreams through their children.

I wasn't impressed with the place at all.
