RTE radio in Canary Islands

Hi, Had a call from a friend in Canary Islands saying that since Tuesday he can no longer receive RTE radio, WRN radio and the Travel Channel (TV) on his sky digibox. Does anybody know if these stations are now on the same beam as the BBC stations as this would explain the loss of these signals. Thanks for help

Tell him to do a full box reset, the PIDs have chaged on that transponder.Same prob here,reloaded transponder and all ok.
