    For a Rose that hath not water to drink doth not:-
    Grow petals of display hence;
    No scent of attraction
    Barron be its corpse.

    and

    Lest thy find appealing; a streak of emerald dieing,
    Placed upon its breast are thorns of spite.
    For a Rose that hath no pool to drink from
    Refuge is in itself.

    That refuge play on false pretences for without the water wither and die.

    I the Rose, She the water.

    Comments Please. The title is not very good but the best I could come up with. The Poem itself was very ad hoc so I don't expect any prizes but I needed a platform to express my feelings about my recent experiences and this was the perfect outlet.
