operation flaming dart, but all maps other than quang tri, hue and hoc chi minh trail and alternatives have aircfaft.

The map With the most helis is Operation Hastings has 4 helis i think but only one jet. While Operation flaming dart has 3 helis and 3 jets (All on the USA side) ...

This map also has 4 jets and 2 choppers on the NVA side.
