STI swob test for men

had a swob test down my penis yesterday and it still hurts when i piss 1 day later, the pain is unreal. it's grand when i dont have to piss, no pain at all.

how loing does this pain last. ps. i would never get this test done again fúck them all

a couple of days of being uncomfortable is better than potentially spreading a disease and for your own peace of mind.

i was clean. it was my mothers idea she has issues, i was never 'clean' as a child.

They take a Q-tip and jam it up your jap's eye. They then have a sniff of the blood on the cotton bud. If it smells cheesy you're okay. If it smells fishy... bad news.

No, the virus accumulates in the urethra, samples of semen are higher in concentration of the virus than the blood, it also can hide out in the brain. So either brain or urethra, easy choice.

Just give to a few days, if it doesn't subside, go to the doctor. It shouldn't be a reason not to get the tests done again at some stage if nessecary.

Only lasted about half a day for me. as per above, go back again if it still hurts after a few days.

Had a smear and the whole shibang done a few weeks ago...was very surprised that it didn't hurt(after everything you hear about it!) - the worst part was getting over the embarassment of having the doctor looking at me down there and the personal questions at the start. (btw the doctor was being really nice)

getting a smear test done is not a torture session, and if you relax, no problem at all

Back on topic, the only time I ever got checked, they just took blood samples from me... What would require the swab?

I had pain for about a week.

Yes, it's slightly worrying, but it does go away. Trust me!

its not a big deal, the swap prolly caused some distenstion or maybe a small scratch, 3 days max to heal.
