Iam not too sure if this is in the right place but sure he it goes Is there an European equal to www.pricewatch.com where you can search the lot of Europe for the cheapest prices of PC components ? Any info would be sound

Don't know of a site that does that but www.jescomputer.de is one of the cheapest European sites that delivers to Ireland that i've seen.
