    NPB

Stallworths of the Dublin independent scene, NPB make a welcome return to the Ballroom. Over the years they've released 3 albums (including the recent and excellent "Let's work it out") and toured the bejaysus out of Ireland and Britain. Garage rock'n'roll!!!

    Holy Ghost Fathers

Sligo/ Dublin 4 piece return to the fray to reveal new material. Oft compared to 16 Horsepower and the Blues Explosion, they released their debut album "Cock of the Walk" last year and hope to release the follow before the end of this one. Their song "9V Battery" can be heard as the theme music to TG4's greyhound racing!

    Weapons of Mass Destruction

Featuring members of Paper Cop and United Bible Studies, WMD play high energy, improvised psychobilly/punk (insert ludicrous adjective here!) in short song like bursts instead of the epic jams you might expect from their other bands. Last seen at the Spiegeltent in the Dublin Fringe Festival, the weapons have released one live recording thus far which has been described as "Raw as F*ck!". This is a band manifesto if ever there was one.

    Robert Blake:

Singing, writing, and strumming songs of lost loves, bicycles, old hotels, politics and long hot drives, Robert Blake has rambled coast to coast singing in basements, bars, backyards, and holding cells. Based in Wellington, Washington Robert tours Ireland. His new CD "Still kissing last night's smoke stained lips" will be available on the night
