Palm Image Quality

    Hi - I'm creating an application with WSDD on the Palm Tungsten E in which i call images using the createImage() function. However - regardless of the size of the image or whether it is in *.png or *.jpg format the application still renders the image very poorly?

    Does anybody know what the problem is here??

    most likely the device. How many colours can you get on the tungsten?

    No the device's display is pretty good and the images in the photo gallery are top class.

    "16-bit, 320x320 transflective TFT color display supports more than 65,000 colors"

    Any other ideas??
