Luas have an ad. in "The Local News" (Easter 2004, page 13) freesheet paper offering free high-visability vests (limited stocks). Cut out the section and send it to them. Not that high-visability vests should be necessary.

I saw that in the south side people alright a few weeks ago when i was over with my sister. Cut it out. Strange thing was i managed to get into two accidents within five minutes coming back from her place, mainly cuz i spent longer there than i meant to and lost my light, and had no hi-vis vest. My wrist is still forked. Bikes ok though
